Every article on this site is written by me, Gaurav Phogat, from first-hand work in hospital digital, marketing and AI. Facts and figures are checked against primary sources and linked in the text. AI tools help with research and drafting, and I review, verify and edit everything before it is published. Nothing here is medical advice, and the views are my own.

Who writes this site

I write every article myself. I work in healthcare digital and marketing leadership and have led digital, brand, CRM and AI work at large Indian hospital groups. I write from the operator’s seat: what I have built, measured and seen work or fail. More about me is on the About page.

What this site covers, and what it does not

The site covers the digital, marketing, product, brand, communications and AI side of hospitals and medical practice in India. It does not give clinical advice. Where an article touches health, insurance, billing or regulation, it explains how things work in general terms. Please speak to a qualified doctor about your health, and to the relevant professional about legal, insurance or financial decisions.

How facts are sourced

  • Primary sources first. Laws, regulators and official bodies (for example NMC, ASCI, IRDAI, NPPA, the National Health Authority and government press releases), published research and company filings.
  • Linked in the text. Figures carry a link to where they came from, so you can check them.
  • Dated. Rules and numbers change, so articles say when a figure applied.
  • News is attributed. Industry Watch pieces name the outlet that reported the story and keep what happened separate from my view on it.

How AI is used

I use AI tools to help with research, outlines, drafting and formatting. They do not decide what is true. I check every fact and figure against its source, edit for accuracy and judgement, and remove anything I cannot verify. I am responsible for everything published here.

Independence

The views on this site are my own and do not represent any employer or organisation I work with. I do not name my employer, and nothing here should be read as its position. Where I have a relevant interest in something I write about, I will say so in the article.

Patient privacy

I never publish information that could identify a patient. Examples are anonymised or composite, and I follow the same consent standards I recommend to hospitals.

Corrections and updates

When a rule changes or I get something wrong, I update the article and refresh its date. If you spot an error, please tell me through the contact page with a link to the source, and I will correct it promptly.
