Google organises much of what it knows into entities: people, organisations and places, and the relationships between them.
When it is sure a name means a specific cardiologist at a specific unit, both rank and get cited more confidently.
Before touching markup, list every entity you want recognised, and the facts that define it.
The organisation and each unit.
Every doctor.
And departments or centres patients think of as places.
Every entity needs one page that is clearly about it, and every other mention should link there.
One profile per doctor, not one per unit.
Entities become confident when independent sources agree.
Business Profiles for each unit.
Medical council registration records.
And listing platforms showing the same facts.
Structured data states entities and relationships in machine-readable form.
It does not create authority, but it removes ambiguity.
